Monthly Rates
Monthly rate covers sewer and water. Electric is billed separately at $0.17 per kW. Guests who book with us for a month or more will be charged a $200 deposit when reserving their stay. This deposit will be refunded prior to move-out once the remaining electric cost incurred during your stay is deducted.
